ART OR SCIENCE? / ART OU SCIENCE?

Jean Perdrizet (1907-1975) was an eccentric artist who drew up plans for fantastic machines and robots, which he sent to NASA or French scientific institutions. The Christian BERST art gallery in Paris has a display of some of his works at the moment until March 10th. Perhaps you can drop by if you have the opportunity. Some say his works are reminiscent of Leonardo's inventions. They belong to the "art brut" as far as I can judge. Here is an example :
